Tell us about your act, what you perform, and anything else that helps Good Folk understand the fit.
This helps us send gigs close to where you live.
Tell us about your act, style, audience, and what you perform.
Include lineup, repertoire, setup needs, special requirements, or anything else relevant.

Step 3 of 4: Payment & Tax Details

We use these answers to make sure your invoices, bank payments, and any superannuation obligations are handled correctly.
Why we ask for this
We keep this simple on purpose. These details directly affect how you are paid and whether Good Folk needs to handle superannuation on the performance part of your fee.

Business & Tax

Do you have an ABN?
This helps us understand whether we are engaging you personally or paying a business.

Business Structure Guidance

Company / Partnership / Trust
If you operate through a Company, Partnership or Trust, your engagement is with a business entity rather than an individual. Superannuation obligations generally do not apply under these business structures.
If you regularly perform for multiple venues, operating through one of these business structures may be worth discussing with your accountant.
Sole Trader
Sole traders may be entitled to employer-paid superannuation depending on the nature of the engagement.
Hobbyist
If you are genuinely undertaking performances as a private recreational pursuit or hobby and are not required to hold an ABN, we require a completed Statement by Supplier before payment can be made.

Invoice Payment Details

We use these bank details to pay your invoices promptly once they have been approved.
The bank account name we should pay your invoices into.
Enter the 6-digit BSB for the account we should pay.
Enter the bank account number for invoice payments.
